RETURN POLICY
"NO RETURNS UNLESS SPECIFIED.” *If in the event, your order is damaged, please reach out to me for a replacement item.
*If you are purchasing a handcrafted item, please keep in mind, working with Spirits, takes TIME. Your spirits are specific as to what it is you require.
*If the work has been completed and payment has been made, you no longer require the item, no refund will be issued due to labor.

*Shipping for Store Products: 7 to 21 business days due to handmade consecrated products. If products are in stock, they will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days.
*ONCE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH EMAIL NOTIFICATION. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AS WELL.
Reading Services
*You have up until 24 hours before scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule services without penalty
*In the event you do not show, nor contact us, a REFUND will NOT be provided due to the prep and time for readiness

*Children must have parental consent from either parent before booking any services. No appointment will be granted without consent.
