MIRROR

This has become a huge problem in the spiritual community. When you start to “mimick” and “merge” into someone else’s life, characteristics, hiding behind the fold because you feel as though the moves you’re making are your own, but not realizing your intentions and heart is to try and take someone else down because YOU feel as though you can do better and be better, is a mental sickness. The competition, when the other person has no clue there’s a race….diabolical. I wholeheartedly believe this comes from having not been shown attention as a child, and even if it was some form of attention, it was the kind that made you experience jealousy at a young age that has went unchecked for years, or the kind of attention that made you feel uncomfortable around others, seeing another human who experiences the things in life that you never had access too, or still don’t, can send folks into a frenzy! This is why it’s important to know the folks who attempt to get close to you, it’s important to know the WHY….some people still haven’t dealt with the insecurities of childhood, and in their adulthood, it spills over. These kind of people make you feel like YOU have the problem when all along, it’s them. You don’t take the time to pour into you, HEAL YOU, let go of childish behaviors that no longer serve you going forward, you will continue to meet people who you feel like you can measure up to, be jealous of, feel envy towards….its like being stuck in a mirror for the rest of your life of who you wish to be, but could only try and duplicate.
