Head cleanses are to feel like a cool breeze on a hot summer day. It’s made to cool the head! The coolness returns you back to Spirit, back to a restful state and back at ease. Reminds you to be chill. Head cleanses are made to recalibrate the head, helps you to focus, helps you to ground and center, helps you to remember your WHY! Sometimes we get so caught up in everything else, we forget to take care of ourselves! Starting with the head, is usually where you must begin.
You would want to ensure that you have the right intentions set in motion for a head cleanse. Be prepared for the work that comes after. You can either take this cleanse standing in the shower/tub…or you can stand in the grass and pour from the top of your head so that it flows to the earth as it purifies your crown. After you would want to be in light colors and cover your head in white for the duration of your day. *Do not use if you will be out and about, use when you are settled*
